What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a process that is thought-provoking, creative, and action-oriented. My coaching helps you increase self-awareness and inspires you to maximize your potential and reach your goals. My work with you begins with an assessment to understand your needs and goals, and from there I tailor the program specifically to you. My coaching is evidence-based, trauma-informed, and includes cultural awareness and sensitivity, and social responsibility.

Coaching helps you get from where you are to where you want to be. I'll help you achieve goals that matter to you in a way that promotes learning and growth. Goals can be internal, like building confidence or social skills, or external, like making college and career decisions. I'll support you through identifying your interests, values, meaning, purpose, and passions, then setting and pursuing compatible goals. I'll help you identify what you want, why you want it, and how to begin working toward the outcomes you seek.

My coaching will enhance your goal setting, striving, and attainment, as well as improve your self-esteem, self-awareness, mental health, resilience, well-being, and feelings of hopefulness.

Girls and young women come to me from a wide variety of backgrounds with a wide variety of issues and goals. I listen carefully and tailor my coaching specifically to your unique individual needs, aiming for maximum results in minimal time. Whether you're feeling lost, stuck, anxious, lacking purpose in life, or you're ready to reach for your next level goals, I'm here to help, and my coaching works.

I'll establish a relationship with you that is built on trust, honesty, and empathy, providing a safe space where I listen actively, evoke awareness, and facilitate your growth. My coaching will help you think broader, further, and deeper than you would otherwise. I will be your personal and powerful support partner. 

My Coaching Programs

I offer coaching programs that are customized to your needs and highly effective. Choose from 4, 8, or 12-week programs depending on your goals, time, and budget. Sessions are 1-hour and take place once a week on Zoom. All programs begin with a detailed assessment so I can clearly understand your needs and goals, and from there I tailor my coaching specifically to you. I work with girls and young women ages 11-24. All coaching sessions are completely confidential. I'm available 5 days a week including afternoons, evenings, and weekends for your convenience.

    Next Steps

    After the consultation, if you'd like to move forward with coaching, please visit my store to select your program and check out. A new client welcome email with next steps and required forms will arrive within 24 hours. Fill out and return all forms, and schedule your coaching sessions using the calendar link in your new client email.

    What to Expect

    First Session: This is our intake session. We'll go over the client questionnaire, set goals, and start the coaching process.
    Next Sessions: These are your full coaching sessions, where we'll work through the goals you set during intake.
    Final Session: This is our closing session where we'll review all the progress you've made and design next steps for continued growth.
